If you have not used RAMP Registration before, you will need to create a new profile. 

How to register in RAMP:

1. Visit to login or create your family account.

2. Click on the Participant button to begin your registration.

3. Under "Choose Family Member to Register" select your player or Add Family Member.

4. Review or enter the information for the player, up to the email address.

5. Select your Package for the 2024-2025 season.

6. Please complete and sign all all waivers and Parent/Guardian information.



To be eligible for the Early Bird rate, payment must be received in full by June 30, 2024. Otherwise you will be charged the full rate. 


Payment can be made by credit card (either in full or in equal installments), or in full by e-transfer.


Payment by e-transfer should be sent to 

(no password required; auto-deposit is enabled)

In the memo line, please include the player's full name(s). This is very important to ensure that the payment is applied to the correct player. 



Instead of collecting post-dated volunteer deposit cheques, registrants can authorize pre-approval for a credit card charge if their volunteer credits are not completed at the end of the season.

  • The charge would be made to the credit card on March 15.  If the player’s volunteer hours are complete, the installment payment will be cancelled, and will not be made to the card.

This change in process will save countless hours collecting deposit cheques and helps to address any concerns families have about having to submit a cheque. The deposit is sset up with a $0.01 charge at registration. this $0.01 charge is a requirement of RAMP, and will not be returned. 


Volunteer Deposit*: $150.00 per family

*Please note, no exceptions will be made and deposits will be collected at the end of the season should the volunteer credits not be completed.  See the Volunteer Credit System below:



Refunds of registration applies to regular season registration in all age divisions from FUNdamentals 1 to Open 18+. There are no refunds of registration for the FLEX recreational adult program. 


All refunds are subject to a non-refundable administration fee of $25.00 that will be deducted from any refund granted. 


  • Full Refund - Cancellations of registration on or before September 25th (or first scheduled ice session) will not incur any penalty and are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25.00 administration fee. 
  • Full Refund (Less Ringette BC Membership Fees) - Cancellations occurring between September 25th (or first scheduled ice session) and October 27th will receive a refund equal to: registration fee, minus the Ringette BC insurance fee and minus a $25.00 administration fee. 
  • No Refund - Cancellations after October 27th are not eligible for any refund with the exception of medical reasons supported by a letter from a family physician. Medical cancellations will receive a prorated fee for the remaining of the season.
